Jeremy Shuback
The closest Jeremy Shuback comes to acting is voice work he's done on and off since 2005. Mostly off. His animated pilot has gone nowhere, and nor have the books he's written. Fortunately he makes a living designing books and painting backgrounds, so he comes out ahead. If you watch You Don't Mess with the Zohan, City of Ember, The Tourist, Date Night, or others you can see a bit of his handiwork.
When he got into improv at the age of 22, he discovered there was an official term for what he had previously referred to as shooting the shit with his friends. This made him happy. Since moving to LA, he has performed in Jonny Whiteboard, Placebo Experience, Ahh! Dinosaurs, and is currently a member of BRUCE where he performs a biweekly show. Also, he's donated large parts of his income to classes - at iO, MI Westside, and most recently UCB. This is a choice he does not regret in the slightest.
